Karin's vast sales experience and knowledge in call centers has given her a top notch name in the industry. Karin’s career developed with the structure of some of the world’s leading call centers.
Karin entered the call center industry in the end of 2002 as a sales rep. Promoted quickly within the ranks of the company, Karin lead hundreds of sales representatives in one of Israel’s largest call centers. After successfully completing this project Karin moved to developing call centers for financial companies seeking to establish call centers across the globe. Karin’s background in finance and sales helped her establish call centers many look at as an example of what they want their own call center to be like.
In 2010 Karin established "Karinza" to answer to the demand of her services. Karin also developed a team which operated under the "Karinza" Method. This experienced team has been a part of Karin workforce and understand the methods which best describe the success Karin has experienced in her short yet successful career.
